Y ear 2020 was a defining moment for the HR profession, it was the year that HR came to the fore in the thick of the pandemic  and helped guide employees and organisations through rapid and exponential adoption of digital workplace practices and technologies while paying even more attention to employee well-being and Africa was no exception. 

This has raised the bar for HR professionals going into the future as the workplace becomes more complex with technological advancement, digital working and the ever-growing people changing needs and expectations.

Digital HR Summit 2021 is bringing together people professionals from industry and academia with a single focus on exploring and sharing insights and practices gained in 2020 and the years before and how HR in Africa can leverage on the learning to continue to drive performance and productivity without compromising on the gains of 2020 and sustain its renewed relevance.
